Distillery Information

Cipriani is a name steeped in Venetian hospitality tradition, known for their restaurants and bars that have become legendary. The family owns the island of Sant’Antonio, close to Torcello in the Venetian Lagoon, and it is here they cultivate a special variety of violet (purple) artichoke, which now features centrally in this amaro. The leaves of this artichoke are harvested and processed using a secret method, then blended with six other botanicals to produce Amaro 7 Parti. Rather than being purely bitter, the amaro is intended to offer balance—bitterness, herbal tones, vegetal notes, and a gentle sweetness. While relatively new among the Cipriani drinks, it embodies the company’s focus on combining local ingredients with refined mixology potential. It serves as both a digestif in Venetian tradition and a versatile tool for modern cocktails.
