Nose: Salted fudge, stewed fruit, dense, coastal smoke, with a touch of charred tropical fruit in tow.

Palate: Generous helpings of peat join grilled pineapple, then fresh oak and vanilla fight their way through.

Finish: Creamy notes of Horlicks and vanilla, smoked nuts, briny peat, and pepper.
