Part of the Elgin Curiosity Collection from Glen Moray, this Speyside single malt Scotch is a limited edition of just 3,060 bottles. For this second release in the Cask Finish Project, ten-year-old Glen Moray was finished in Rhum Agricole casks from St James distillery in Martinique. This style of rum is made from freshly-squeezed sugar cane juice as opposed to molasses and is often described as fruity and grassy. This UK exclusive release is bottled at 46.3% abv.

Nose: Marzipan and pineapple with apricot jam.
Palate: Treacle toffee and cherry with spicy gingerbread notes.
Finish: Long and spicy.
Distillery Information
In its first life, Glen Moray was the Elgin West Brewery, until the end of the 19th century, when the brewery was reincarnated as the iconic Speyside distillery. Glen Moray was founded by Robert Thorne & Sons. Situated on the banks of River Lossie, in the Royal Burgh of Elgin, the first spirit dropped from the copper pot stills on the 13th of September 1897. There have only been five Master Distillers since then, which is a testament to their authenticity, and reputation for producing consistent, quality spirit. This pristine craftsmanship has been passed down through generations.
