Los Vecinos del Campo Ensamble No. 1 Espadin-Barril-Madrecuishe Mezcal is a blended mezcal with an earthy aroma, butterscotch flavor, and spicy finish. This mezcal is produced by Los Vecinos del Campo, a small mezcal producer in the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. The Los Vecinos del Campo Ensamble No. 1 Espadin-Barril-Madrecuishe Mezcal is made from 100% agave Espadin, Barril, and Madrecuishe varieties. The name of this mezcal is derived from the blending process. "Ensamble" means "to assemble" in Spanish, and the Los Vecinos del Campo Ensamble No. 1 Espadin-Barril-Madrecuishe Mezcal is assembled from three varieties of agave plants grown in the hills of Oaxaca.
