Distillery Information

The Isle of Jura Distillery was founded in 1810 on the remote Isle of Jura off Scotland’s west coast, an island known for its rugged landscape and small, close-knit community. The distillery has undergone several rebuilds and revivals, shaping a style that balances light peat influence with elegant, approachable malt character. Jura is known for its tall stills, which help produce a lighter spirit, and for exploring a wide range of cask maturations to add depth and variety.
