This single pot still from Irish Distillers' Method and Madness brand finished its maturation in Wild Cherry Wood. This marks the first time an Irish whiskey had been matured in wood from a cherry tree. The single pot still whiskey initially matured in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry for an unspecified amount of time. Available in limited markets beginning August 2019.

Nose: Coconut fibre and ginger.
Palate: A palate of fresh green herbs.
Finish: A fresh finish with prickly spice and hazelnut.
Distillery Information
The Midleton distilleries complex is situated in Midleton, County Cork, Ireland. It is owned by Irish Distillers, a subsidiary of Pernod Ricard. Located alongside is the Old Midleton Distillery, which was established in the early 17th century and now operates as a visitor centre known as the Jameson Experience.
