Layers of white pepper and coriander and the faintest touch of wood leading to a citrus finish, and a nearly irresistible desire to take another sip.
Nose: Rabbit Hole Bespoke Gin has a clean aroma that is delightfully complex with a bit of tannic citrus noticeable against the well-known taste of the base gin.
Palate: The palate has more of the citrus but it is in a nice balance with the still juniper-forward taste.
Finish: Its finish is characteristically dry and full of juniper and a touch of licorice.

"I have sampled gin varieties over the last 40 years or so. I generally view Bombay Sapphire as my 'go t' selection. I also enjoy Bombay Sapphire East, when I can get it. Lately, I've been sampling a variety of 'bespoke' gins. This one...from Rabbit Hole...is the tops to crop.
