This 13 Year Old single malt distilled on the Orkney islands, bottled at 55.5% ABV by independent bottlers, Thompson Bros, has been aged in ex-bourbon barrels before being aged for 30 months in an ex-Cognac barrique.

Nose: A vibrant burst of pineapple, lime zest, and kiwi, alongside soft fruits like apricot and nectarine. Subtle peat integrates seamlessly, with the powerful distillate still standing strong.

Palate: Olive oil-drizzled warm bread, mint jelly, eucalyptus, and old copper coins, alongside growing fruits like nectarine and white grape. Herbal notes of rosemary and spearmint add depth. A splash of water softens the intensity, highlighting more fruit.

Finish: Bold and lingering, with HP's signature intensity leaving a lasting impression as one of Scotland’s finest.
