Nose: Caramelized vanilla, toasted oak, dried citrus peel, and light orchard fruit.

Palate: Warm and layered with honeyed grain, baking spice, soft stone fruit, and gentle oak tannin.

Finish: Medium-length with lingering spice, toasted barrel sweetness, and faint dried fruit.

JYPSI Spirits was co‑founded by Eric Church and entrepreneur Raj Alva to push the boundaries of American whiskey with creative sourcing and blending. The Legacy Series is built upon the concept of reconstructing traditional mash‑bills using aged whiskey stocks, rather than simply blending finished products. “The Declaration” marks the third batch in the series, representing both a tribute to America’s whiskey‑making roots and a forward‑thinking blend that crosses rye, corn and malt whiskey traditions.
