Two European oak hogshead casks were selected by malt master David Stewart for bottling. Both were filled on the same day in 1963, and left to rest in Balvenie's famous warehouse 24 for 50 years. Cask 4567 produced just 131 bottles.

Nose: A rich, deep oakiness with raisins, sultanas and a ginger spiciness.
Palate: Lush and rich with dark fruits, cherries, blackberries, sweet spices and oaky tannins.
Finish: Rich and spicy, with dried fruits and a lingering sweetness.
