This is an exceptional rum from Panama. Distilled in 1995 in a column still at the Varela Distillery. Aged 27 years in ex-Bourbon. A very charming profile.

Nose: A nose combining greediness and roasting.

Palate: In the mouth, it is warm. We distinguish notes of hot chocolate lightly sprinkled with cinnamon.

Finish: A finely vanilla-flavoured woodiness and a few tobacco notes enhance the aromatic bouquet.

Based in Mougins, the capital of the culinary arts in the south of France, our family business has settled its barrels in the 50-year-old owned family house.
