Brilliant, intense straw yellow color, with fine and long-lasting perlage. The nose opens with strong fruity notes, reminiscent of white pulp fruit in particular, then followed by the classic nuances of yeast and bread crust. The sip is fresh and balanced, pleasant and persistent in the mouth, characterized by an aftertaste that recalls dried fruit.
