Pike Creek 10 Year Old is a top notch Canadian whisky which gets treated to a finishing period in rum barrels before bottling (previously Pike Creek was finished in Port casks, though the produced changed it to rum barrels at some point in the 2010s.

Nose: Aroma of dried fruits along with peppery spice.

Palate: Notes of toffee and vanilla, along with bursts of citrus and honey.

Finish: Lingering finish with notes of spicy rye.
