This expression is built upon a base of junmai sake made with Gohyakumangoku rice, which is 70% polished, fermented with Japanese sake yeast, then infused with zingy Japanese yuzu from the latest harvest. With a crisp, zesty profile, it ought to shine paired with shellfish or goat's cheese, and will add an interesting twist to cocktails.
