Burnt Faith Bourbon Cask Brandy | 700ML

This brandy from London's Burnt Faith is made with a combo of chardonnay, Trebbiano, sauvignon blanc, and muscat blanc grapes. It joins Burnt Faith's Cask Series following a three-year maturation in charred Kentucky bourbon casks bringing mellow notes of butterscotch.

Nose: It has very pleasant and lovely aromas.

Palate: Banana, and vanilla to the rich toffee and raisin notes at its core.

Finish: The finish is quite unique, rich, and long-lasting.

Distillery Information

Located in North East London, Burnt Faith Brandy House is the first distillery dedicated to producing brandy in the UK in over 200 years. The genius behind this innovative distillery is Simon Wright, founder of Hawkes Cider that was acquired by BrewDog in 2018, and wanted to create a British brandy on British soil.
