The Dalmore Constellation Collection brings together the complete spectrum of vintages from the years 1964-1992 for the very first time. Created by Master Distiller Richard Paterson, this collection of single casks is highly sought after by collectors around the globe. This 1981 vintage single cask was matured in an American oak barrel for 26 years and finished in an Amoroso Oloroso sherry butt for a further four years.

Nose: Warm seductive aromas of honeyed pear and milk chocolate are followed by scents of crushed almonds, citrus fruits, bergamot and warm berries.
Palate: Whispers of cherry, plum then mandarin give way to freshly baked bread, caramelised peaches and apricots.
Finish: Lingering.

"The Dalmore" Distillery is located in Alness, which is 20 miles North of Inverness. It sits on the banks of the Cromarty Firth overlooking the Black Isle, the "big meadowland", from which it takes its name.
