Caol Ila 10 Year Old 2010 - Hepburn's Choice (Langside) Scotch Whisky | 700ML

10 year old single malt from the Caol Ila Distillery, which has been independently bottled by Langside as part of the Hepburn's Choice range. It was distilled in 2010 and left to mature in a pair of bourbon barrels for a decade, before eventually being bottled in in 2020. A release of 639 bottles.

Nose: Toasty cedar and cinnamon, with ready salted crisps and tarry ropes alongside.

Palate: Sweeter on the palate, with vanilla fudge and Malteasers, though you're never too far from some smoky peat notes.

Finish: Gingerbread and peppercorn.
