The whisky was aged in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, giving it a unique flavor profile. On the nose, the whisky has aromas of raisins, honey, and spices, while the palate features notes of dark fruits, toffee, and oak. The finish is long and creamy, with a hint of smoke. This whisky is a great example of how well sherried and bourbon-aged whisky can work together.
