Flight Club Test Pilot Gin | 500ML

This vibrant gin from Flight Club showcases the marvelous Seville orange! Test Pilot Gin is actually distilled using rotary blades somehow (we're not exactly sure), which is pretty wild, with Seville orange in there among licorice root, lavender, grains of paradise, star anise and lemon. We reckon a peppery tonic and a slice of orange should do this one very well, though don't be afraid to... test out some more unique serves. Get it? Test? We have fun.

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.

Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.

Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
