Wicked Dolphin Silver Reserve Rum

Wicked Dolphin Florida Rum is a handcrafted Rum that will be initially offered as a Silver, followed by a truly Florida Spiced expression & then an aged Amber. Wicked Dolphin Florida Rum is made from 100% pure Florida Cane Sugar, sourced from local farmers. It is made from a copper pot still in small batches which, allows more flavor to be taken from the distillate than large column stills used by major national brands.

Nose: Vanilla and custard on the nose.

Palate: Creamy and caramel with a touch of wood.

Finish: Short finish with a nice pop of alcohol.

Distillery Information

Started in 2012, Wicked Dolphin Distillery is located in Cape Coral; just miles from the fertile sugarcane fields of Florida. Wicked Dolphin Rum was born out of an idea to create true Florida rum. Using 100 percent Florida sugar and local ingredients, the rum is handcrafted in small batches using an American copper pot still – the largest in South Florida. The family-run distillery produces award-winning rums available throughout Florida and the Southeastern United States.
