Made with black currant extract, this liqueur is perfect for rich flavor and red color to Champagne cocktails. Used as an antidote for snakebites in the 16th century, blackcurrant liqueur has come a long way. Over the years the cordial has been refined, without losing its unique sweet taste. Pour it with Champagne into a champagne flute or coupe for a crisp and sweet Kir Royale or mix with gin and dry vermouth for a crimson arnaud.
