This single barrel aged rum is distilled from the finest Hawaiian sugar cane. The deep mahogany color is an indication of the care and attention that goes into each batch. In the nose, the aromas of vanilla, caramel, and oak fill the air. The first sip is smooth and rich with a deep and lasting warmth. The finish is long and spicy with notes of ginger, black pepper, and allspice.

Nose: Fragrant notes of cinnamon, orange, roasted almond and charred oak.

Palate: The rum is remarkably smooth on the palate with subtle sweetness from the pure sugarcane offering flavors of toasted vanilla, orange zest, brown butter and honey that linger through the long, warm finish.

Finish: Lingering.
