Nose: Blossoms and rosehips with fresh cherries, jammed berries and cream, and hints of aromatic wood.

Palate: Baked apples, sweet and tart berries in a crumble with vanilla custard.

Finish: Hazelnut and chocolate with light tannins and rye spice, a touch of liquorice.
