Nose: Fresh roasted agave, citrus peel (lime/lemon), subtle herbal hints and minerality.

Palate: Bright agave sweetness upfront, followed by peppery spice, grassy/herbal mid‑palate, clean minerality and crisp texture.

Finish: Clean and refreshing, with lingering pepper, agave and a subtle earth/stone undertone.
