A 2008 Edradour single malt that has been matured in a single bourbon barrel until it was bottled in October 2019. Aromas of lemon, peppermint and honey fill the nose, alongside lashings of creamy vanilla. The palate offers notes of dry oak, vanilla, coconut and fresh apple, followed by mint, honey and ripe gooseberries that linger in the finish.

Nose: Aromas of lemon, peppermint and honey fill the nose, alongside lashings of creamy vanilla.

Palate: This is extremely smoky with exceptionally balanced in flavour.

Finish: This is a very light and refreshing malt.

Distillery Information

Edradour distillery is a Highland single malt whisky distillery based in Pitlochry, Perthshire. Its owners claim it to be the smallest distillery in Scotland. It has been owned by the Signatory Vintage Scotch Whisky Company since 2002, and was previously owned by Pernod Ricard.
