The first was the Jabali-Tobala from producer Alberto Martinez. This special bottling is a blend of two batches distilled in April 2013 and February 2014. The 2013 batch was the result of a 10-day bake of 60 mature agave Madrecuixe and 90 mature maguey Bicuixe piñas. The 2014 batch was a 5-day bake of 117 mature Bicuixe piñas.
