A 19-year-old Deanston single malt bottled by The Nectar for its Daily Drams series. This 1999-vintage – bottled in 2018 – is very much a typical Deanston, with a malt-forward character bolstered by dried fruit and spice.

Nose: Very clean and appetising, with a gentle floral character.
Palate: The taste almost is really just a short beginning that crescendos and transitions extremely smoothly into the finish.
Finish: Light and elegant as it ends, the last hint of smoke slowly fading out.

Deanston distillery is a Single malt Scotch whisky distillery located on the banks of the River Teith, eight miles from the historic town of Stirling, at the gateway to the dramatic Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park.
