Indie bottlers Berry Bros. & Rudd have selected a rather wonderful cask here, a 4 year old wheated bourbon, from Rock Town Distillery! There was an outturn of 224 bottles from this cask, kept at a hearty cask strength of 55.8% ABV.

Rock Town 4 Year Old 2016 (cask 508) - Berry Bros. & Rudd Whiskey | 700ML Tasting Note

Nose: Melted caramel and mashed banana, cacao, coffee grounds, and candied orange.

Palate: Floral honey poured over fresh butter croissants. Hints of vegetal earthiness, along with plenty of fresh ripe fruit, apples, plums and soaked sultanas.

Finish: Oak spice, vanilla, and a peppery prickle, hints of cinnamon, anise and cardamom.
