Increased amplitude in the mid-palate which persists on a beautiful straight finish. Great freshness on this Pinot blanc governed by a framework of white fruits, sweet almond and slightly vanilla notes. Fine and refreshing touch with a nice rise of bright yellow lemon and a hint of cinnamon.

Our vineyards are cultivated and certified organic. With an interest in the taste of living wines, we are moving towards biodynamics. The work on the leaves and the harvest are carried out by hand. Winemaking boils down to the essentials, with a minimum of filtration and inputs. Our goal is to build identity wines that reflect their terroir. All our wines come from our plots.
