Seagram's Distiller's Reserve is an American gin, hugely popular in its homeland (where the standard Seagram's Extra Dry is the No.1 brand). This variant has been bottled at a rather potent 51% abv (102 US proof), and is recommended served very cold, neat or on the rocks.

Seagram's Distiller's Reserve Gin Tasting Notes

Nose: Sweet candied orange, berry, and peppery spice aromas.

Palate: A supple entry leads to an oily, off-dry medium-to full-bodied palate with lemon peel, white pepper, and mild piney juniper flavors.

Finish: Finishes with a lightly tannic, citrus, and pepper fade with some tingling heat.

Hiram Walker was an American entrepreneur and founder of the Hiram Walker and Sons Ltd. distillery Windsor, Ontario, Canada.After purchasing land across the Detroit River, just east of what is Windsor, Ontario, he established a distillery in 1858, in what would become Walkerville, Ontario.
