Muerto embarks on a world-first journey by allowing the yeast to die, evolve, and rest over a three-week “afterlife,” building complexity much like the malolactic fermentation found in the finest rums. The process is enhanced by the Mozart method, playing classical music during fermentation, which helps deepen the connection between agave and yeast.

Nose: An exciting blend of jalapeño, spicy pineapple, and green apple, balanced by notes of fresh-cut grass, wet cement, and cayenne pepper. These vibrant aromas evolve with hints of passionfruit and delicate florals.
Palate: Bold and complex, the palate reveals a harmony of cooked agave and arugula, with layers of tropical fruits upfront. Creamy spices and citrus zest follow, finishing with rich, balanced cooked agave flavors.
