Medley's Private Stock 10 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Tasting Notes

Nose: Aroma of popcorn, caramel and melted butter.

Palate: Notes of french toast, apricot jam and rice pudding.

Finish: Sweet and complex, with notes of dried peaches and maple syrup lingering on the tongue.

Distillery Information

Charles, former Master Distiller at the family's closed Owensboro facility, is one of bourbon's most knowledgeable characters. While the family was forced to sell their interests in distillation, their good name and some good will from their suppliers means that they are one of the few non-distiller producers that actually has control over the process by which their bourbon is made.
