This vineyard is composed of well-draining river rock and mineral-rich volcanic ash and is mostly planted to Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with small amounts of Petit Verdot, Syrah and Sauvignon Blanc. Faust also sources Cabernet Sauvignon from growers in other established Napa Valley AVAs including Yountville, Mount Veeder, St. Helena, Atlas Peak and Rutherford. The Faust Cabernet Sauvignon is the flagship of the portfolio, complimented by The Pact and The Lure.
