From the Caol Ila Distillery comes a 13 year old single malt Scotch whisky, independently bottled by The Single Cask. This one was distilled on Islay back in February 2008, and it was aged in a single first-fill bourbon barrel for a baker's dozen years, until March 2021. 270 bottles were produced.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.

Palate: A rich, complex, and smooth taste.

Finish: Finish is lingering.
