Cihuatán Suerte is a limited edition rum inspired by the legend of Muwaan Mat, Mayan god of luck. The Mayan people believed that this god shared the gift of good luck through crystals. To harness it, they would filter water with quartz in a sacred ritual, and then enjoy drinks in enchanting feasts. It turns out there is also science behind this, as quartz would purify the water and give it a uniquely pleasant flavor. Cihuatan decided to try this with their rum, and thus, this legendary limited edition was born!
