Detailed Description
On the nose, dried apricots and baked pears sprinkled with clove and cinnamon on vanilla wafer, with waves oak percolating. On the palate, vanilla wafer and caramel cream lead with baked pear, as oak becomes more assertive and slightly herbaceous. The finish is pleasant and warm with oak spice outlasting a sweet wave of caramel, vanilla and fruit.
