Nose: The nose offers a lively dance between citrus oil, honeyed oats, and waxy apple peel, with deeper notes of heather, coastal salinity, and toasted hazelnuts.

Palate: On the palate, a silky arrival of vanilla cream and spiced malt leads into baked orchard fruits, a gentle thread of bonfire smoke, and soft herbal notes – think chamomile and mint tea.

Finish: The finish is clean but complex, with lingering oak tannin, lemon peel, and a warming touch of peppery peat.

They operate in Dornoch in the Scottish Highlands. There, they manage the Thompson Bros brand, the Dornoch Distillery, and a whisky bar known for its great spirit selection.
