Sauza 100% Blue Agave Silver Tequila

This product has recently (June 2015) been rebranded and given a bottle design. It was formerly known as Sauza Blue Silver Tequila. This is their entry-level 100% blue agave line. The focus here is on delivering a 100% blue agave tequila at a modest price point. It is a workhorse tequila that performs best as a cocktail ingredient with a light flavor profile that mixes easily.

Nose: Well blended and clean with subtle notes of grapefruit peel.

Palate: Slightly sweet and clean with subtle hints of grapefruit.

Finish: Warm with a balanced body and a short finish.

Casa Sauza’s history begins in 1873, when Don Cenobio Sauza founded “La Perseverancia” distillery, and began to produce his first tequilas.

Casa Sauza’s value of innovation is inspired by its founder, who introduced new practices to the tequila-making process with the ultimate goal of improving its quality, and made the first ever tequila export to the United States of America.
