Bib & Tucker 6 Year Old Gold Roast Bourbon Whiskey

Gold Roast is the latest release from Bib & Tucker’s Classic Six lineup. It spends a minimum of six years in Number 1 char American white oak barrels and is distilled using a combination of column and copper pot stills. After aging, the bourbon is infused with lightly roasted coffee beans to impart warm roast notes while maintaining a smooth, balanced finish.

Nose: Vanilla, sweet hay, toasted sandalwood, leather-bound books, subtle mace, and chestnut.

Palate: Pecan pie sweetness, caramel drizzle, dried apricot, a touch of rye spice and ginger, finished with roasted nut and coffee undertones.

Finish: Long, layered, and chestnut-forward—with grilled corn, baking spices, and smoky oak lingering gently.
