The second release in the Hardin’s Creek Warehouse Series, “The Beaver” was aged in upper-level rickhouse conditions. Barrels from the upper racks mature faster and develop a unique profile — this bourbon reflects that with bolder wood, dried fruit, and a warm, matured character.

Nose: Rich oak, butterscotch, brown sugar, and cherry.
Palate: Caramel, dried fruit, toasted grain, and spicy oak.
Finish: Long and warming, with lingering oak, soft fruit, and seasoned spice.
