Double Cask brings together two distinct styles of whisky from the distillery: American-oak sherry casks and European-oak sherry casks. The combination digs into the flavour profile of both different types of wood – bring a range of spice and fruity flavours – as well as rich sherry character.

Nose: Creamy butterscotch and toffee apple with vanilla, candied orange and new oak.

The Macallan distillery is a single malt Scotch whisky distillery in Craigellachie, Moray. The Macallan Distillers Ltd, is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Edrington Group which purchased the brand from Highland Distillers in 1999.
