A golden color with lustrous, green reflections. On the nose, it presents delicate notes of bay leaf, wild fennel, orange flower blossom and Sicilian “lumie” lemons. On the palate, it is very fresh and persistent, with a long finish marked with notes of Sicilian bitter almonds.

"For over six centuries, wine has been produced at Feudo Montoni, a historic estate in Cammarata, central Sicily, about 35 miles southeast of Palermo/ The estate's baglio, a fortified structure with cellars for winemaking built around a central courtyard, was constructed in 1469 and still stands today."
