Nose: Plum skins, black cherry, burnt sugar, and smouldering peat embers, followed by mulled wine spice and a flash of sea spray.

Palate: Thick Port richness meets oily smoke with notes of fig jam, dark chocolate, sugared walnuts, and redcurrant syrup. The texture stays weighty and warming with a steady hum of peat.

Finish: Fig, syrup, and heavy wine balance against full smoke.
