Corsair Buck Yeah Malt Whiskey

This seasonally available whiskey is made with buckwheat and Victory Malt to emulate the nutty and floral characteristics of buckwheat. As with all our whiskeys, it is produced 100% in house, non-chill filtered, has no added colors or flavors and is aged in small 15 and 30 gallon barrels. Please note that this product has been retired. Therefore if you are luck enough to find a bottle, grab it - it will be impossible to find in the near future.

Corsair Buck Yeah Malt Whiskey Tasting Notes

Nose: Aroma of toasted nuts, almonds, cashews and roasted marshmallows.

Palate: Floral notes, along with touches of nuts and toasted buckwheat, dominate the palate.

Finish: A warming finish.

Distillery Information

Corsair Artisan Distillery is a small-batch distilling company with distilleries in Nashville, Tennessee, and Bowling Green, Kentucky. Founded in January 2008, it is owned and operated by distillers Darek Bell and Andrew Webber and marketing specialist Amy Lee Bell.
