An organic single malt from an undisclosed distillery. This was aged in casks which used to hold Sauternes dessert wine, before being released by independent bottler Highland Harvest.

Nose: Full-bodied aroma.

Palate: This is extremely smoky with exceptionally balanced in flavour.

Finish: Lingering finish.

Distillery Information

Highland Harvest is one of the world's first organic whiskies. It has been certified by the Soil Association, as well as receiving the Royal Warrant from HRH the Prince of Wales. It has also reeled in a few awards, including a Silver Medal from the International Review of Spirits in 2008.
