Distillery Information

Entre Besos is crafted in Oaxaca, Mexico and focuses on lesser‑used agave species like Cupreata to deliver distinct flavour profiles. The production emphasises traditional artesanal methods: mature agave from wild/sem­i‑wild stands, slow pit‑roasting, tahona milling or equivalent, open‑vat natural fermentation and copper or small‑batch still distillation. The joven (unaged) expression aims to preserve the raw agave character rather than wood‑influenced aging, offering a purer insight into the varietal and terroir. Though not centuries‑old in brand history compared to heritage houses, Entre Besos positions itself in the craft mezcal category, appealing to enthusiasts seeking unique agave expressions beyond the mainstream.
