Spirit of the Downs in Sussex has produced a characterful brandy-based coffee liqueur! Boosy Barista is built upon a base of Sussex brandy, produced with grapes from local sparkling wine producers, and aged in French oak. The brandy is combined with cold brew coffee from roaster Bean Smitten and a touch of British sugar for a silky, roasty profile, layered with chocolate and caramel sweetness.
