Distilled in New York and finished in Wölffer Estate’s Cabernet Franc Barrique Wine Barrels barrels, this limited-edition bourbon pays homage to local craftsmanship while bridging the worlds of viticulture and distillation. Bottled at 88 proof, this harmonious whiskey carries notes of fig compote, crème brulee, and dried corn husk.

Nose: Pleasant with notes of sticky date pudding, fine Madagascar vanilla, kumquat, and dried pepper.

Palate: A rich, harmonious mouthfeel with notes of spice, fig compote, crème brulee, and dried corn husk.

Finish: Finish is very smooth and long.
