A 1997 Inchgower single malt from indie bottler Signatory Vintage, matured in bourbon hoogsheads for 22 years, before being finished in a single sherry butt for the final two years and was bottled in February 2020 as part of its Cask Strength Collection.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: This is extremely smoky with exceptionally balanced in flavour.
Finish: This is a very light and refreshing malt.
Distillery Information
Inchgower distillery is a whisky distillery producing a single malt of the same name located on the outskirts of Buckie, Moray, Scotland. The distillery was built in 1871 to replace Tochineal Distillery but liquidated in 1903.
