It works with with Champagne's classic varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. The house exports 75 percent of its Champagne to restaurants and fine wine stores in around 30 countries. It is known for its pure, complex, and elegant wines.The estate now owns 32ha (79 acres) of vineyard, 12ha (30 acres) of which are grand crus. This holding is split among 100 different parcels, and provides 50 to 60 percent of all the fruit required for production.
